Rick has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate in the Colorado mountains for over 20 years.  Rick recently moved to the Mancos Valley, with his partner Naomi, to realize a desire to live and work in the most beautiful, diverse, and peaceful part of the state. Rick grew up in the North East and received a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Prior to selling real estate, he designed large-scale portfolio management investment systems used across the world.  Rick understands the intricacies of real estate and financial markets, having worked through both up and down cycles, and strives to be his client’s trusted real estate advisor and consultant.  A real estate investor himself, Rick feels it should be a crucial part of everyone’s overall strategy to acquire wealth and independence.  He enjoys every aspect of helping his clients find the perfect home and has the experience to ensure a successful transaction closing no matter how complex.
