What is Workforce Housing?
A distinct category from affordable housing, Workforce Housing focuses on housing built to serve the gap between those who earn too much to qualify for affordable housing subsidies, but not enough to afford a home. Prices are set by DOLA and HUD.
Workforce housing is housing that is specifically set aside for people who are employed in the local area.
