Tucked in the hillside between Mancos and Dolores, this spacious home is ready for your family or friend group vacation. Mesas and wild spaces provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable experience. 15 min to Mesa Verde, 15 min to Mancos, 10 min to Dolores, 35 min to Canyon of the Ancients, close to San Juan Skyway: stop at the Durango Hot Springs and see the Million Dollar Highway!

The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub, double vanities, and walk-in closet. 64 inch TV provides entertainment. French doors leading out onto the deck give you direct access to the outdoors while keeping the room light and airy.

The second bedroom features another king bed, writing desk, plenty of storage and a 43 in TV. Third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds with full mattresses on the bottom and twins on the top. Works great as a kid zone! Second bathroom, located in the hallway, has a tub/shower and one vanity.

The living room features a cozy gas powered fireplace and a spacious couch to fit the whole family! Cuddle up and binge your favorites on our 60 inch TV or play a game on our Xbox console. An additional desk in the living room gives you a dedicated space to work. French doors beckon you to step outside onto the spacious deck.

Open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space to cook and gather. Large dining table seats 8 and the island creates 2 additional counter height seating spots. The bright and airy nook is a great spot to cozy up with your cup of coffee while enjoying a wonderful view.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you desire including all utensils, blender, rice cooker, plethora of pots/pans, coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop stove, oven, full fridge/freezer. There’s even a bar area to store and mix your libations.

The large deck expands the living space with plenty of seating under a pergola. Cook up a meal on the BBQ grill while enjoying the Colorado sunshine and fresh mountain air.

Take a dip in the private hot tub, great for keeping warm during chilly mountain nights and relaxing your muscles after a day of exploring the great outdoors. Designed to relieve aches and pains, our state of the art hot tub seats 6 to 8 people – plenty of room for your whole party! Soaking under the stars is practically a cosmic spa day.

We’re located about halfway between Mancos and Dolores, near Summit Lake. Our neighborhood is a small subdivision in a rural area with a handful of neighbors who share our road. Plenty of space for privacy.

On the route of the San Juan Skyway, beautiful sights await in every direction.
