The main floor houses our primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Relax in our jetted soaking tub, then sleep with an awe inspiring view of the stars. The open concept living space flows seamlessly into our dining room and kitchen. Prepare your favorites in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious, gourmet meal. For extra sleeping space on the main floor, our reading room features a comfy sleeper sofa.

The downstairs floor features two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two twin beds. The large family room features a spacious couch, TV, and cozy sitting area. The perfect setting for cherished bonding time. Washer/dryer is on this level as well as access to a fenced-in yard.

Between all your mountain explorations, we’ve got something to keep everyone entertained! For the little ones, there’s kid friendly books and toys. For the aspiring bluegrass stars, there’s an acoustic guitar. Strum a little mountain tune or host a sing-a-long!

Tucked away on a private road just outside of Mancos State Park. Walk to Jackson Lake or the trails inside of the park. 15 minutes to Mesa Verde, 5 minutes San Juan National Forest, 10 minutes from downtown Mancos.
