What are long term residential rentals?
Long term residential rentals have the potential to provide more predictable income so you can plan your finances accordingly. Long term residential rentals are a great option for a consistent income stream. Each and every month there is a set income (rent) with, ideally, minimal expenses. (Expenses include management fees as well as any maintenance that needs to be performed at the property.)
What Sage Properties Does?
We accept the responsibility in not only listing your property appropriately (online, local listservs, and the all important, word of mouth), but also finding a tenant through fair and equitable vetting (applications, background and credit checks, references and in person meeting and conversations) who will care for your property for an extended period of time.
We learn everything we can about your property through an initial site visit followed by a thorough inspection and intake assessment once a management agreement is signed. Each and every year we follow up with an annual inspection to make sure your property maintains and exceeds safety and liability standards. We follow the measures enacted by Denver County and their Residential Rental Program, which includes a detailed inspection checklist and guidelines.
We have strong working relationships with local, quality and trustworthy maintenance technicians and subcontractors to get maintenance issues addressed quickly, efficiently and as cost effective as possible.
Our goal is to keep and improve the equity in your home, find the right tenant to care for your home while making you money.
