Nearby access to the Animas River Trail, a paved trail that spans over 7 miles along the scenic river, is perfect for walking, running, or biking. Explore the plethora of nearby trails for mountain biking and hiking. Purgatory Resort is a quick 30 minute drive with skiing and snowboarding.

The Day House has all you need for your home away from home. A full office with a view of the backyard ensures you’ll have a space to focus on work tasks. An additional built-in desk on the top floor allows for another private workstation.
The house features an entertainment room with 84” TV, floor to ceiling wine wall, and built-in stereo system that allows you to stream music in multiple rooms. Feel absolutely grand while listening to tunes or streaming your favorite tv shows.
The open living and dining areas flow seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to make anything your heart desires, from gourmet meals to coffee, tea, and smoothies. Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find a grill for those lovely backyard bbq moments.
